1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the BillNote iOS application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Use
The App is intended for general audiences and may be used by minors. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for maintaining the security of your device.
3. Subscriptions and In‑App Purchases
- Auto‑renewing subscriptions: BillNote offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
- Promotions: A first‑year 50% discount may be offered. Promotional terms are subject to change and may vary by region.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple pursuant to App Store policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
- Changes: We may adjust pricing for future subscription periods; any changes will apply on the next renewal and, where required, be communicated through the App Store.
4. Data and Privacy
Your finance data is stored locally on your device. Crash logs may be collected to improve stability. The App integrates Google AdMob, which may access the advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver and measure ads. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. License and Restrictions
- We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control.
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
- You may not use the App to store or transmit unlawful content or to infringe any rights of others.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App removes locally stored data from your device.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
